Formal, or playful, at home, or in nature, On Location Creations Photography creates personalized portrait art which captures those fleeting moments of the present and preserves them for future reminiscence. A remarkable gift that we can give to ourselves and others.

The creative experience of producing a portrait is unique, almost unlike any other in your life. We use our talent, refined over the past 35 years to make your portrait a ""one of a kind"" original. There are no easy formulas to achieve this. As our goal is nothing less than to create an environment in which you slip off the mask we often present to the world, if only for a second or two, because what is revealed is that common thread we all share -- our humanity and love.

Beginning with a pre-portrait planning session conducted in your home, we seek to understand who you are and what would be meaningful to you, allowing us to guide you through every decision and choice in the process.
Whether you prefer a classic or contemporary feeling, a romantic or realistic mood, a special place at your home, under the shade of a tree in a quite meadow, or, on the beach at sunset, we will use the information you share with us in the planning session and combine it with our ability to ""create in the moment"" to produce your personal, timeless, portrait art.

Doug & Sally Warner received their photographic training at the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. and have been working as professional photographers since the early 1980's.
On Location Creations Photography was established by them in 1992 to pursue their passion to create photographic portrait art.

1) Location Family Portraits

On Location Creations does exactly what are name says, we go on location to do all of our work.
We start the process by meeting you in the comfort of your home to discuss with you what you are looking for and how we can meet your needs. We will plan everything at that appointment from the mood of your portrait to, location, clothing, makeup, what we charge for our prints and digital archives.
We will meet you at the agreed upon portrait location, whether that is your home, a park, the beach, etc... where we will create your portrait images.
As soon as the following day, we will again meet with you at your home to project the images we have created during your portrait session allowing you the opportunity to select your favorite images, make decisions about retouching, cropping, and the image sizes and quantities that you wish to invest in.
Once you have made your selections and made a minimum deposit of 50% of the order total, we will begin work on your order. All images that are being retouched will have a proof emailed to you for your approval before the final images are printed.
All finished orders are either hand delivered or dropped shipped to your desired address.

2) School Pictures

On Location Creations provides professionally trained portrait artists with 30 years of experience in photographing children.
We furnish a three person crew for each individual camera set-up, (a photographer, poser and receptionist.) for our prepay schools and we use a two person crew for proof schools.
We also send a separate group photographer, or, if you prefer Doug & Sally to do your groups, we will come back on a separate day.
All material that goes home, (fliers, money envelopes, etc…), are pre-counted (by your average classroom size), and bundled for easy distribution to the classrooms.
All school service items such as ID cards, CUM record prints, etc… are alpha sorted to your specifications,
We prepare ahead of time all student and staff data needed for picture day; so that picture day goes faster.
We will supply a CD-Rom Disk of all student and staff pictures are archived to your specific yearbook company’s specifications to remove layout headaches for your yearbook staff.
Group pictures or classroom composites are imprinted with the names of students, school and school year. No more ugly menu boards.
Helper moms who volunteer to help with traffic flow and grooming, get to pick any package they desire.
Your parents have the choice to custom build a picture package to fit their needs. Or select a ready made package or ala carte items.
We offer a retouching option to remove blemishes and other minor skin problems.
On Location Creations provides prompt, quality, customer service from a local, family owned business. Donate to your school’s silent auction fundraisers.

3) Church Directories

The finest quality studio portraits created at your church location by a leading local area portrait studio with over thirty-five years of experience in creating professional portrait photography.
Promotional materials will be provided to you at no charge.
We provide a free directory and 8x10" color print for all families that participate.
We will give the church extra copies for new member growth.
Our directory images are published at over twice the size of our competitors.
We will provide you with help in organizing your event, and creating your directory.
Portrait selections are made immediately after the portrait session.
Portrait proofs are projected for a clearer, "at size" view of images.
Traditional portrait sizes from wallet size to 40x50" in a variety of photographic paper and canvas finishes are available in color, B&W or sepia toned. We offer digital archiving of images as well as specialty items such as holiday or all occasion cards, calendars, etc...
Framing is also available.
Extensive retouching options are offered.

4) Head Shots

An On Location Creations head shot is a finely crafted tool created specifically to get you auditions or project the business image you require. The creation process begins with a conversation to discover what will fulfill your needs. During the session, Doug & Sally work together as a team to keep you relaxed and having fun so that your true personality is captured in the images. The process is completed with you selecting the images that we will archive for you in the format you need, either print or digital.
